4.) Don’t pick! Leave extractions to the professionals. Picking, poking, and prodding can leave skin angry, spread bacteria or cause permanent damage. If you’re having an acne outbreak, talk to your aesthetician about your skin changes and work together to develop a plan to resolve the breakout and adjust your regimen to keep things under control.
